  I love KFC in general but this particular KFC isn't one I'd suggest for anyone. I've never had a problem with my order being wrong BUT the customer service needs a lot of improvement. The look of the fast food restaurant is old and very out-dated. It's not properly cleaned and it has a foul smell. I've only dined-in a few times only because I was with others. The drive-thru is fairly quick and the food is always hot. Every time I have dined-in, there has been a long line and A LOT of complaints. It's not a good day when you have a bunch of hungry people, angry at you! I've rated this particular KFC 3 stars because they need a lot of improvement in customer service and the display of the restaurant.
