  Food was disgusting ! Customer service was horrible ..the waitress checked on us one time and we had to get up to ask for drinks then she forgot our straws and didn't even give us utensils. The mac n cheese looked dry and hard ...the nuggets were pink inside and tasted gamey ..my kids hated it...it was a total waste of money ..the only thing I ate was the stuffed crab ....don't go to this place ! Also...there buffet selection is very small ! Pay an extra 2 dollars and go to Ichiban buffet across the street please!

  I would given them a zero if I could have. I remember when they first bought the building many years ago, the food and service was absolutely top of the line. Hong Kong City was a fabulous little local cafe, and I loved going there. And, now for some unforeseen reason in the past year or so I have watched them consistently go down the drain. So sad. I am so very sick of the way that most all of the cafe's and restaurants' that I visit are starting to either loose interest in their career choice, or have bad food quality, or loose their paying customer base, (by running them off) or, they are going out of business, or they have bad employee's, or all of the above. Well, its kinda like what we used to say in the music biz, "Another One Bites The Dust". Oh, yea I almost forgot, I didn't order off of the menu, I wasn't that brave. All of the food on the buffet was horrible. The chicken was raw, the vegetables tasted like they had been treated with ammonia. We just threw it in the trash. ohh well
