  Outside of cups were covered in drink. Pretzel buns were burnt, and I had to go back to the counter 3 different times to get the correct food that I had ordered. We once loved this place, but somewhere along the line the customer service and food quality became less of a priority. Last visit for me

  I love Bessie Burger! They have great burgers and AMAZINGLY onion rings. Their sweet tea is really good and I could eat here everyday! The only problem I could find is needing more help on the busier days.

  I am going to start out that the burger I had was really good, however the fries where cold and not good at all. I was disappointed in the service as I waited over 20 mins for my to go order, I know they where busy but over 20 mins for a burger and fries is ridiculous. They put other orders before the ones in line which is absurd. This was my first and probably last time at least at the location.
